Our first production season in 2026 brought more markets, subscriptions and restaurant interest than we had planned. It also taught us what works — and what doesn’t — across varieties, quantities and the logistics of harvesting, packing and supplying customers.
We are closing the 2026 flower and vegetable sales season in September so we can double the land planted, create a new wash station, improve crop protection and shade, add produce storage and expand our capabilities for 2027.
From April 2027, we plan regular flower and veg subscriptions, more markets and expanded direct sales to restaurants and other local businesses. Lamb boxes remain planned for October–December 2026.
